Tincture from a combination of fresh herbs of artichoke, milk thistle, dandelion, boldo, and mint. Silybum marianum is a type of milk thistle, whose flower is purple and contains seeds with strong medicinal properties for the liver.

More than 200 experimental and clinical studies indicate that milk thistle is effective in the treatment of liver diseases, which include fatty liver, acute and chronic hepatitis, drug-induced liver damage, and exposure to toxic chemicals.

    I have been taking milk thistle since 2021. Consistently since 2023. This one and the one from Superfoods are the best for me, but this one has something extra, it does various things (including the tincture).
    Transaminases dropped from 177 to 27-29 without any change in diet and even with quite a bit of alcohol in the summer.
    But every day.

    I have been taking it for 3 months .... it slightly lowered my SGPT and GGT levels .... not dramatically but okay ... in summary, it does something but not a great job .... it could do better
