Primo CMP acrylic decoupage glue bonds and varnishes at the same time. Its glossy finish allows you to create luminous effects while providing protection. Suitable for paper and many other materials, it leaves the paper partially dry thanks to its high resin concentration.

Dilute with water at a ratio of up to 1:1. Once fully dry, it is permanent and will not wash out of fabrics or off surfaces. Clean brushes after use and remove stains immediately with water. Tested and non-toxic.
