    I bought it for relief from the symptoms of rhinitis (congestion and headache). During the treatment with the capsules, I did not notice any significant nasal decongestion, while there were days when my nose was very blocked and I needed to use a local decongestant spray.     It doesn't help when you have a headache.. It won't stop it.. To take them at that time...
