Source of complex carbohydrates from rice flour, designed to be prepared as a creamy dessert. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after very intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise.

• Important for the restoration of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
