Green tea has the most antioxidants. Black tea is very oxidized. I recommend green tea gunpowder for people who drink excessive tea and focus on antioxidants and the low price. For a nice taste, there are other more expensive green teas, but I drink from a heavy tea-soup mug-bowl, so I can't afford to buy the other teas because I would consume them in three days. The BAHARADIKO has proper green tea gunpowder. For guests, I serve other categories of green tea because green tea gunpowder has a difficult taste. Some put very little tea with lemon, but they are fooling themselves. If you like a product, you put a normal amount and do not cover its taste. For my girlfriend, I serve another expensive green tea.
