Πολύ καλό, ωστόσο επειδή πολύ δεν ξέρουν πιστεύουν ότι λόγω μαγνησίου πρέπει να το λαμβάνεις βράδυ πράγμα λάθος διότι ο τύπος του μαγνησίου που φέρει το συγκεκριμένο σκεύασμα δεν είναι χαλαρωτικός αλλά τονωτικός ! Ενδείκνυται για μυϊκή αποκατάσταση αλλά δεν έχει χαλαρωτικό χαρακτήρα !
