I bought two of these elevators to replace 2 other "simple" ones (which were installed by the carpenter who made the closets) that broke due to weight.
I bought these specific ones because even though they are quite expensive, they are the only ones with a rating of 20 kilograms, which is not difficult to reach with winter clothes (coats, etc.). It remains to be seen in practice, of course, but in any case, a product with a rating of 20 kilograms will likely withstand much more than another one with a rating of 12, so I considered that the purchase was worth it compared to constantly buying and replacing cheaper ones.
As for construction, they seem quite sturdy and their bases appear to be much more durable than the thin plastic ones that the old ones had. The only thing I don't like is that the support of the base is done unilaterally (a vertical line of screws on one side of the base) and therefore the weight "pulls" the screws towards one side instead of "sitting" on them. But even so, with 6 screws on each side, I hope they will withstand.
Αγόρασα δύο τέτοια ασανσέρ για να αντικαταστήσουν 2 άλλα "απλά" (τα οποία μου είχε βάλει ο ξυλουργός που έφτιαξε τις ντουλάπες) που έσπασαν και τα δύο λόγω βάρους.
Αγόρασα τα συγκεκριμένα γιατί παρόλο που είναι αρκετά ακριβά, είναι τα μόνα που έχουν rating 20 κιλών, το οποίο δεν είναι και δύσκολο να το φτάσεις με χειμωνιάτικα ρούχα (παλτά κλπ.). Μένει να φανεί στην πράξη βέβαια, αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση ένα προϊόν με rating 20 κιλών λογικά θα αντέχει αρκετά παραπάνω από ένα άλλο των 12, οπότε θεώρησα πως η αγορά άξιζε σε σχέση με το να αγοράζω και να αντικαθιστώ συνέχεια τα φθηνότερα.
Σαν κατασκευή φαίνονται αρκετά στιβαρά και οι βάσεις τους δείχνουν όντως πολύ πιο ανθεκτικές από τις λεπτές πλαστικές που είχαν τα παλιά. Το μόνο που δεν μου αρέσει είναι πως η στήριξη της βάσης γίνεται μονόπλευρα (μια κάθετη γραμμή από βίδες στη μία πλευρά της βάσης) και άρα το βάρος "τραβάει" τις βίδες προς τη μια πλευρά αντί να "κάθεται" πάνω τους. Αλλά ακόμα κι έτσι 6 βίδες σε κάθε πλευρά ελπίζω πως θα αντέξουν.
