The SIA 102.1001 natural resin-based sealant holds pre-cut gaskets in place before assembly. It is used on crankcase, oil pan and carburettor gaskets, and the built-in brush makes it easy to apply.

It acts as a gasket enhancer and forms an elastic film. On perfectly smooth surfaces, it can be used instead of a pre-cut gasket, while on surfaces with larger clearances, it is applied together with a standard gasket. To use, apply a thin layer to clean, degreased surfaces; assemble after approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
