I got it because it is only potassium without any sodium. Potassium is bitter, but you know you're not taking it for the taste but for medical reasons. Since I have to eat foods with a lot of salt, I take it to maintain a potassium-sodium balance and proper health. I usually drink it dissolved in water with my meal.

So far, the best sodium substitute with 0% sodium.

Unlike the others, it does not contain spices. It is a white powder.

We are talking about Potassium Chloride - it will never taste like salt, let alone sea salt.

Its taste is the familiar metallic taste that the others have. However, it contains glutamic acid and lysine, which give a slight illusion of regular salt.

But there is a little trick to enhance the sensation, and that is to add a minimal amount of regular salt and the rest to be from this salt. For example, 10%-90% or 20%-90%. In this case, you will not taste the potassium and you will feel the food well salted.
