    Every time I take a tablet, my urine is neon yellow, without exaggeration, it has the same color as a yellow highlighter! Of course, this means that it has a higher dosage than what I need, and since vitamin B is not stored in the body, the excess is excreted. Maybe I didn't need 100mg but 50mg in the end.

    I haven't been taking them for many days, but I have heard that the B complex is one of the most important for health.

    The form of B6 it contains is Pyridoxine and additionally in a very high quantity of 100mg! Also, the form of B12 is Cyanocobalamin (synthetic and not recommended at all), and NOT its natural form which is Methylcobalamin. Unfortunately, I hadn't paid attention before purchasing it, because I trusted this specific company. Of course, I do not recommend this product.
