Recommended Dosage

  • Shake well.
  • In the morning, take 1/4 teaspoon, hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds, and then swallow.

  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 1.7 mg
  • Niacin (as Niacinamide) (Flush-Free) 20 mg
  • Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg
  • Folate 333 mcg DFE (200 mcg folic acid)
  • Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 1 mg (1,000 mcg)
  • Pantothenic Acid (from Calcium Pantothenate) 30 mg
  • Stevia Extract (Leaf) 2 mg
