I have the impression that it helps somewhat if you do it consistently, but because I have a gastric band, it sometimes felt a bit heavy as I felt like it was getting stuck in my esophagus. Also, it is tiring that you have to have a strict schedule in your diet to avoid other supplements and medications 2 hours before and after taking it, 2 times a day in an already tight schedule. I give it 3 stars only because I had some positive indications for as long as I took it; for someone who doesn't have my restrictions, I believe it could work!
