On the 4 edges (right above the wheels) there are 4 rubber-like cushions. Finally, there are handles on the two sides to carry or pull the base. The image is 100% accurate and detailed. There are two issues: the wheels do not have brakes, and because they rotate easily, the base can be dragged away. Also, the side wood is not covered. I have reservations about the lifespan of the base if used outdoors and comes into contact with water or is blown away by the wind. For me, who have it indoors as a mobile base, it is perfect.
