I should mention that my diet remained the same (vegan with almost daily legume consumption). Also, I was not taking the supplement daily. I started taking iron a month ago. I bought Floradix tablets, but it's not cost-effective because I need to take 4 a day. So I decided to try another brand that will last me longer. I have known Now Foods for many years because I am an athlete, so I thought I would try Iron Complex. I am on the 3rd day and I have a constant metallic taste in my mouth. It doesn't go away with anything, not even with food or brushing my teeth. I am very afraid that I will stop and try another brand. In all other aspects, the product seems fine and it hasn't bothered my stomach. But even if it's a good product, what's the point if it ruins the taste?
