After daily use for a few months, the 2 zippers of the external compartments broke completely, came apart and are no longer functional. This actually happened without putting pressure on them with overloading or anything like that. Other than that, it is a good bag.

Excellent investment! The price is 2 times lower than if you order it from outside, I checked. Nice spaces, very organized in general, I never imagined I would have a bag with a mini fridge, I'm amazed. Ozuko quality, what can we say... Comfortable as if it fits perfectly, it is a bit thinner than I imagined, I work in diving and I need space for a laptop, towel, sweatshirt... We'll see about that. Otherwise, I am very satisfied!

Sturdy and durable construction, with plenty of compartments both inside and outside. I filled it up to the point where it couldn't fit anymore (had to force the zipper closed) and it handled the weight just fine.

The best thing I have bought in a backpack/bag. The quality is amazing. The compartments/spaces are more than enough. Very comfortable on my back. Overall, I am blown away. I am looking for excuses to go on trips just so I can use it.
