    5 stars for the product, which apart from food (where it gives even more intense flavor and strength), I also use it in sports as an electrolyte with amazing results.

    Let me give you an idea as well...

    In 1 liter of water:

    5 heaping teaspoons of honey
    1 tablespoon of this salt
    1 squeezed lemon
    3 squeezed oranges
    Black tea (or green if you can't handle the strength of black)
    1 teaspoon cayenne

    Attention... these electrolytes are for exhausting sports (beach volley etc)
    If your sport is milder in intensity but you still need electrolytes, use half the quantities of what I mentioned.

    Since I tried this salt, I never touched regular supermarket salt again.

    Just look for a producer who sells it for about €7 per kilo, when here you find it at €8.50 for 500g (!!!)

    The best salt there is!!!
