I do not recommend it at all. We bought the TV two years and four months ago and the screen burned out, as I see in many cases. The damage is huge financially and after we were forced to fix it, IT BROKE AGAIN IN ONE DAY. The main symptom was horizontal lines on the screen for those who want to be sure

At the 2 years and 4 months mark, mine also started going on a loading loop and has horizontal lines (bottom part of the screen)

Haven't spoken with the technician yet, but im very disappointed. It was a great tv (and expensive), and I hope it's not a goner!

After two years and one month, it developed a problem and started blinking. Samsung does not cover free repair due to expiration. BUT for this particular model, I see a lot of comments about similar problems occurring exactly after two years and a bit. It seems we have a defective model from the factory and maybe we should appeal to the consumer authority because they are robbing us right before our eyes!

Ours broke down after 2 years and 4 months. The panel was the cause, €300 for the repair, with no guarantee that the same or another issue won't reappear... Samsung Hellas "understands" but does nothing. We will never buy any Samsung device again.

Purchased on 11/19/22 from Kotsovolos for €570, a week ago our unit also developed the screen issue. The company, of course, did not help at all because we had not extended the (for a fee) warranty for 5 years. Repair cost €240 and no guarantee that the same problem will not occur in the future. We neither knew nor imagined that a television of such high cost and from such a well-known company would not last even 2.5 years... We were absolutely dissatisfied with the treatment from the company's representatives. Never again a SAMSUNG product.

Coming from a 50-inch Samsung (9 series), the 65-inch is a class better in everything. At €799 for a Samsung with service nearby, and not a Chinese one that you have to send to Athens, it is fair. Minimal ghosting in absolute black (gray, that is), the 9 series had triple the issue from day one. I don't know about the sound, I use a home cinema. Very good angles for a VA panel, and very high brightness (set at 12), I had it at 50 on the 9 series. If you don't have to go OLED, the S90 is fair.

Very good image quality, and because it is qled, the blacks appear almost completely black and the image becomes even better. The negatives are that I expected a slightly better sound with more bass (although it is quite clear and powerful) and the menu can be a bit confusing and difficult to change some settings. Apart from that, the TV is very good and I believe it is the best choice for its price.

Had a problem from the second day of purchase. After three weeks and something, I will get a replacement. Quite a hassle after a fairly quick diagnosis and approval of replacement. Let's see what will happen with the new one in the end... It's a shame because I have been satisfied with Samsung products so far, I hope my trust won't be shaken.

The experience from a year and something ago when it was more expensive, hasn't worked very well and burned the screen, within the warranty of course where it was repaired for free. I have some reservations about this particular product.

Nice appearance with slim design, the battery-free remote which charges with natural light, from a lamp and from radio waves, is very convenient and lightweight. The processor does not lag and has fast responses to every command. The base legs are adjustable in height. The image quality is not particularly impressive for QLED level due to the 60 Hz. If you have a little extra money, get the Q70BA with 120 Hz which also has a gaming port. It does not support video files in Divx format and some avi with specific encoding, while it plays all the rest from the hard drive such as mkv and supports srt subtitles. My previous Samsung played everything. It is Samsung's policy from the 2022 models as I read in the emanual. For its price, if you find it on sale, it is definitely worth buying.

It was purchased for household, mixed use. The picture is crystal clear, the menu is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, and it plays everything flawlessly. The remote from our previous Samsung from a decade ago fits perfectly and until we learn the new one, we're using the old one. Switching channels and apps is a breeze. The sound could be better, but it's still okay for everyday use.

After three years, the television stopped working. Samsung told us that the panel was to blame, which costs 50% of its value with a 6-month warranty.

Purchased in February 2023 for 610 euros. I think it's good value for money, with a nice, bright, and clear picture. I would prefer better sound and Android apps. It is used daily in the living room.

The experience from a year and something ago when it was more expensive, hasn't worked very well and burned the screen, within the warranty of course where it was repaired for free. I have some reservations about this particular product.

Very good television. After a lot of searching, I ended up there. I think it has a very good picture for the money compared to what the others offer in the corresponding price range.

Very good picture, functional, and the sound is just okay due to the slim design. With a soundbar, I think I will have a home cinema.

In the end, after 2 years, it developed horizontal black lines, and in 4 days the entire screen went black. The cost of repair is 50% of the original price. Samsung TV never again

  • I do not recommend it at all. We bought the TV two years and four months ago and the screen burned out, as I see in many cases. The damage is huge financially and after we were forced to fix it, IT BROKE AGAIN IN ONE DAY. The main symptom was horizontal lines on the screen for those who want to be sure

  • After two years and one month it broke down, I am not giving one star because until today I was satisfied.

  • At the 2 years and 4 months mark, mine also started going on a loading loop and has horizontal lines (bottom part of the screen)

Haven't spoken with the technician yet, but im very disappointed. It was a great tv (and expensive), and I hope it's not a goner!

  • After two years and one month, it developed a problem and started blinking. Samsung does not cover free repair due to expiration. BUT for this particular model, I see a lot of comments about similar problems occurring exactly after two years and a bit. It seems we have a defective model from the factory and maybe we should appeal to the consumer authority because they are robbing us right before our eyes!

  • Ours broke down after 2 years and 4 months. The panel was the cause, €300 for the repair, with no guarantee that the same or another issue won't reappear... Samsung Hellas "understands" but does nothing. We will never buy any Samsung device again.
