Martens were not fashion shoes, they were work shoes, just like All Stars were the first basketball shoes. They BECAME fashion shoes. I got my first pair back in the distant 1989. Back then, they were much thicker and had a steel toe. They were indestructible, I walked everywhere in them, and I kept them for 10 years. In 1999, I got my second pair and they were unacceptable. They started being made in China, and the leather was like cigarette paper and the tongue wasn’t sewn to the shoe and it cut into you. I didn’t wear them much. Now I got my third pair and I noticed that they’ve improved them, they’re not so thin, they no longer have a steel toe and the tongue is sewn in. The sizing is normal to small, and anyone buying these shoes should get them comfortably, not just barely their size, and take care of them—after all, there are tons of products for this job, to soften, nourish, and waterproof the leather. If you do all this, THERE’S NO WAY they’ll hurt your foot or get torn and ruined

Unfortunately, for someone who will wear them every day and walk, Dr. Martens have never been good shoes. Not because of comfort, but because of poor quality. Everyone I know who owns them and walks in them has had them tear where the leather bends, almost ALL of them, and they also wear out quite quickly on the sole. If you bought them because they're back in fashion and you wear them just to go from your house to your car and to a café, they're fine and look nice, but if you walk even just 2 kilometers daily, they're not. They soften if you apply grease from the start and if you don't have princess feet, they're comfortable shoes. But they are fashion shoes like All Stars. Not durable at all, especially after 2000 they're really bad. I bought mine in 2010 and after two and a half years I threw them away. They're not worth €150-170. If you want truly durable leather boots and you're not a fashion victim, get something else.

Όποιον ξέρω να τα έχει και τα περπατάει του έχουν σκιστεί εκεί που τσακίζει το δέρμα, σχεδόν ΟΛΩΝ όμως, επίσης φθείρονται αρκετά γρήγορα στη σόλα. Αν τα πήρες γιατί είναι πάλι της μόδας και τα φοράς για να πας από το σπίτι σου μέχρι το αμάξι και στο καφέ είναι μια χαρά και όμορφα , αν περπατάς το λίγο 2 χιλιόμετρα καθημερινά όχι. Μαλακώνουν αν εφαρμόσεις λίπος από την αρχή και αν δεν έχεις ποδιά πριγκίπισσας είναι άνετα παπούτσια. Όμως είναι παπούτσια μόδας όπως τα allstar. Καθόλου ανθεκτικά, ειδικά μετά 2000 είναι πολύ μάπα. Τα πήρα το 2010 και δυόμιση χρόνια τα πέταξα. Δεν αξίζουν 150-170€. Αν θες πραγματικά ανθεκτικά δερμάτινα άρβυλα και δεν είσαι fashion victim παίρνεις κάτι άλλο.

I started wearing them in my teenage years because I walked (and still walk) clumsily and my ankle kept twisting, and they were the only ones that kept my foot in place.
They are non-slip, sturdy, beautiful, and ergonomic (I have flat feet and they relieve me immensely).

Ξεκίνησα να τα φοράω στην εφηβεία μου λόγω του ότι έκανα (και κάνω) άτσαλο περπάτημα και μου γύρναγε συνέχεια ο αστράγαλος, και ήταν τα μόνα που κράταγαν το πόδι μου στη θέση τους.
Είναι αντιολισθητικά, γερά, όμορφα και ανατομικά (έχω πλατυποδία και με ξεκουράζουν αφάνταστα).
All time classic! I bought them from a friend (the late Pano) who had brought them from London 40 years ago; he was selling them to buy drugs... I got them again now at 58, because no matter how much I tried to avoid it, I am rock! I just want to advise the young people who like them to get one size up and to buy a pair of insoles to wear them. This tip creates comfort while walking and doesn't pinch the foot after hours of wearing.

Τις αγόρασα από ένα φίλο ( τον συγχωρεμένο τον Πάνο) που τις είχε φέρει από το Λονδίνο πρίν από 40 χρόνια, τις πουλούσε για να πάρει πρέζα... τις ξαναπήρα τώρα στα 58 μου , γιατί τελικά όσο και να προσπάθησα να το αποφύγω, είμαι rock! Απλά έχω να συμβουλεύσω τα νέα παιδιά που τους αρέσουν, να τις πάρουν ένα νούμερο παραπάνω και να πάρουν ένα ζευγάρι πάτους για να τις φορέσουν. Αυτό το τιπ δημιουργεί άνεση στο περπάτημα και δεν πιέζει το κουτουπιέ μετά από πολύωρο φόρεμα.
At first, they were very stiff and rigid. After about 2-3 weeks, they are quite comfortable. They will definitely break in more as you wear them. For my foot, they seem a little more "clunky" than I expected, but they are nice.
Στην αρχή ήταν πολύ σκληρά και άκαμπτα. Μετά από κανά 2-3 βδομάδες είναι αρκετά άνετα. Σίγουρα θα γίνουν break κι άλλο όσο τα φοράς. Για το πόδι μου μου φαίνονται λίγο πιο "χοντροκομμένα" από ο,τι περίμενα, αλλά είναι ωραία.

Amazing, the lightest and most convenient boot for everyday walking. The first 3 days it was very tight on me but after it took the shape of my foot I don't want to take them off.

It's not a trend, it was and is a statement. If you like them, get them without a second thought. If you think it's just another shoe, leave it. That's it.

I have worn various boots of good and bad quality, in these particular ones the sole is of very good quality. It is soft while looking heavy and hard shoe. There is some stiffness in the leather at first which is normal. It is wide, possibly needing half a size smaller. I would buy again and other designs of the company if I found them at a slightly more reasonable price or on sale...
έχω φορέσει διαφορά αρβυλακια καλής και κακής ποιότητας, στα συγκεκριμένα ο πάτος είναι από τους πολύ καλούς. ειναι μαλακός ενω βλεποντας τα μοιάζει να ειναι βαρυ και σκληρο παπούτσι. υπάρχει μια δυσκαμψια στο δέρμα το πρώτο διάστημα που είναι λογικό. είναι φαρδιά ενδεχομένως να χρειαζόμουν μισό νούμερο λιγότερο. θα αγόραζα ξανά και άλλα σχέδια της εταιρείας αν τα έβρισκα σε λίγο πιο λογική τιμή ή σε έκπτωση...

Το οτι ειναι σκληρα στην αρχη, οτι χτυπαει το κουντεπιε η ραφη της γλωσσας, οτι θελουν στρωσιμο κλπ ειναι γνωστα για οσους φορανε dr martens. Αυτα ειναι στην αρχη μεχρι να παρουν την φορμα του ποδιου. Μετα ειναι ενα εκπληκτικο παπουτσι για χρονια...

They are worth it and more. Of course, at first, they require thick socks and wearing them for a short time just to break them in and prevent blisters. With a little patience, they will become one with the foot. A cream specially made for leather from a cobbler will help soften the shoe faster. To avoid cracking, the cream needs to be applied frequently. I personally apply it as often as I can, and the shoes become like new.
Αξίζουν και με το παραπάνω. Φυσικά στην αρχή θέλει χοντρή κάλτσα και να τα φοράς για λίγο ίσα να ανοίξουν και να μη γεμίσει φουσκάλες το πόδι. Με λίγη υπομονή θα γίνουν ένα με το πόδι. Μια κρέμα ειδική για δέρμα από τσαγκάρη θα βοηθήσει να μαλακώσει το παπούτσι πιο γρήγορα. Για να αποφευχθούν οι τσακίσεις θέλει εφαρμογή της κρέμας συχνά, εγώ την βάζω όσο πιο συχνά μπορώ και τα παπούτσια γίνονται σαν καινούρια.
Comfortable and beautiful shoe, the size is not very different from other brands, for example, I wear size 42 in Air Force and also in Martens, size 41 was small for me. Οπωσδήποτε στα πρώτα περπατήματα καποια ενίσχυση στη φτέρνα γιατί χτυπάνε άσχημα. Λίγο προσοχή στο ποιο δέρμα θα διαλέξετε, αυτά είναι κάπως γυαλιστερά. Για τη τιμή τους στα 140 ευρώ είναι απόλυτα vfm.
Recently I bought another pair of Dr Martens 20 years after my last one (Mid life crisis). These specific boots are classic, a difficult shoe that causes a lot of discomfort, but at the same time, in my opinion, they are wonderful. Anyone who buys them for the first time should be prepared for some patience, as they will definitely hurt their feet. The leather is unbearably hard (on the toes, heels, shins, and so on) and they are also heavy and difficult to walk in, especially after a certain point (they hardly absorb any shocks and weigh a ton). I recommend getting a size up and wearing thick socks, at least for the first few months. If you try them on and your toes even slightly touch the front, then definitely go up a size. On the positive side, they are "cool" and nice boots that have made their mark. Personally, I enjoy wearing them, previously at metal clubs and now at playgrounds. Their lifespan is legendary, as my previous pair lasted over 15 years and with a fresh coat of paint each time, it looked brand new.
Πρόσφατα αγόρασα ξανά ένα ζευγάρι Dr Martens 20 χρόνια μετά το τελευταίο μου (Mid life crisis). Τα συγκεκριμένα μποτάκια είναι κλασσικά ένα δύσκολο παπούτσι το οποίο έχει αρκετή ταλαιπωρία αλλά ταυτόχρονα κατά την γνώμη μου είναι υπέροχο ταυτόχρονα. Όποιος τα αγοράζει για πρώτη φορά να οπλιστεί με υπομονή καθώς σίγουρα θα τον χτυπήσουν στο πόδι, το δέρμα είναι ανυπόφορα σκληρό (σε κουντεπιέ, φτέρνα, καλάμι και πάει λέγοντας) ενώ επίσης είναι βαριά και δύσκολα στο περπάτημα ειδικά μετά από ένα σημείο και μετά (δεν απορροφούν σχεδόν καθόλου κραδασμούς και ζυγίζουν έναν τόνο). Προτείνω ένα νούμερο πάνω και χοντρές κάλτσες τουλάχιστον για τους πρώτους μήνες. Αν τα δοκιμάσετε και ακουμπάνε έστω και λίγο τα δάχτυλα μπροστά τότε οπωσδήποτε ανεβείτε ένα νούμερο. Στα θετικά τώρα ότι είναι "μάγκικες" και ωραίες μπότες που έχουν αφήσει εποχή, προσωπικά χαίρομαι να τις φοράω, παλαιότερα στα μεταλλάδικα και τώρα στους παιδότοπους. Η διάρκεια ζωής τους είναι παροιμιώδης καθώς το προηγούμενο μου ζευγάρι το είχα πάνω από 15 χρόνια και κάθε φορά με ένα βάψιμο γινόταν σαν καινούργιο.
Unfortunately, I am giving it 2 stars because even though I had read that they hit until they open from somewhere else, I fell for it. They hit me quite a bit at first, which is understandable. However, the problem with these shoes is their quality. I have had them for 1.5 years and the leather has opened where it cracks. I paid 200 euros to have them for years, but the way things are going, I don't see them lasting much longer. Money wasted.
Δυστυχώς βάζω 2 αστεράκια γιατί ενώ είχα διαβάσει ότι σε χτυπούν μέχρι να ανοίξουν από αλλού την πάτησα. Με χτυπούσαν στην αρχή αρκετά και είναι κατανοητό. Όμως το κακό με αυτά τα παπούτσια είναι η ποιότητα τους. Τα έχω 1,5 χρόνο και μου έχει ανοίξει το δέρμα εκεί που τσακίζει. Έδωσα 200 ευρώ για να τα έχω χρόνια, αλλα έτσι όπως πάει δε βλεπω να κρατάνε παραπάνω. Πεταμένα λεφτά.
Immortal shoes!!! They need some time to mold to the shape of your foot, usually people get Doc Martens one size smaller, for example if you wear a 38 you get a 37, they last for many many years and essentially you get your money's worth for the 150-200 that you spend

Τα martens δεν ήταν παπούτσια μόδας,ήταν παπούτσια εργασίας,όπως και τα all star ήταν τα πρώτα παπούτσια για μπάσκετ.ΈΓΙΝΑΝ παπούτσια μόδας.Πηρα το πρώτο ζευγάρι το "μακρινό"1989.Τότε ήταν πολύ πιο χοντρά και με σίδερο μπροστά.Δεν πάθαιναν τίποτα ,είχα ρίξει του κόσμου το περπάτημα,τα κράτησα 10 χρόνια.Το 1999 πήρα το δεύτερο ζευγάρι και ήταν απαράδεκτα.Αρχισαν να κατασκευάζονται στην Κίνα,και το δέρμα ήταν σαν τσιγαρόχαρτο και η γλώσσα δεν ήταν ραμμένη στο παπούτσι και σε έκοβε.Δεν τα πολυφόρεσα Τώρα πήρα το τρίτο ζευγάρι και παρατήρησα ότι τα έχουν φτιάξει,δεν είναι τόσο λεπτά,και δεν έχουν πια σίδερο μπροστά και η γλώσσα είναι ραμμένη.Το νούμερο είναι νορμάλ προς μικρό,και όποιος παίρνει αυτά τα παπούτσια πρέπει να τα παίρνει άνετα και όχι οριακά στο νούμερο του,και να τα φροντίζει,υπάρχουν άλλωστε ένα κάρο προϊόντα για αυτή τη δουλειά,ώστε να μαλακώνει το δέρμα να τρέφεται και να αδιαβροχοποιήτε.Αν γίνουν όλα αυτά ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΠΕΡΙΠΤΩΣΗ,να σου κάνουν ζημιά στο πόδι ,η να σκιστούν και να χαλάσουν
Unfortunately, for someone who will wear them every day and walk, Dr. Martens have never been good shoes. Not because of comfort, but because of poor quality. Everyone I know who owns them and walks in them has had them tear where the leather bends, almost ALL of them, and they also wear out quite quickly on the sole. If you bought them because they're back in fashion and you wear them just to go from your house to your car and to a café, they're fine and look nice, but if you walk even just 2 kilometers daily, they're not. They soften if you apply grease from the start and if you don't have princess feet, they're comfortable shoes. But they are fashion shoes like All Stars. Not durable at all, especially after 2000 they're really bad. I bought mine in 2010 and after two and a half years I threw them away. They're not worth €150-170. If you want truly durable leather boots and you're not a fashion victim, get something else.
Δυστυχώς για κάποιον που θα τα φοράει κάθε μέρα και θα περπατάει τα dr martens δεν υπήρξαν ποτέ καλά παπούτσια. Όχι λόγω άνεσης όσο λόγω κακής ποιότητας. Όποιον ξέρω να τα έχει και τα περπατάει του έχουν σκιστεί εκεί που τσακίζει το δέρμα, σχεδόν ΟΛΩΝ όμως, επίσης φθείρονται αρκετά γρήγορα στη σόλα. Αν τα πήρες γιατί είναι πάλι της μόδας και τα φοράς για να πας από το σπίτι σου μέχρι το αμάξι και στο καφέ είναι μια χαρά και όμορφα , αν περπατάς το λίγο 2 χιλιόμετρα καθημερινά όχι. Μαλακώνουν αν εφαρμόσεις λίπος από την αρχή και αν δεν έχεις ποδιά πριγκίπισσας είναι άνετα παπούτσια. Όμως είναι παπούτσια μόδας όπως τα allstar. Καθόλου ανθεκτικά, ειδικά μετά 2000 είναι πολύ μάπα. Τα πήρα το 2010 και δυόμιση χρόνια τα πέταξα. Δεν αξίζουν 150-170€. Αν θες πραγματικά ανθεκτικά δερμάτινα άρβυλα και δεν είσαι fashion victim παίρνεις κάτι άλλο.

Immortal shoes, they are worth every penny.
I started wearing them in my teenage years because I walked (and still walk) clumsily and my ankle kept twisting, and they were the only ones that kept my foot in place.
They are non-slip, sturdy, beautiful, and ergonomic (I have flat feet and they relieve me immensely).

Ξεκίνησα να τα φοράω στην εφηβεία μου λόγω του ότι έκανα (και κάνω) άτσαλο περπάτημα και μου γύρναγε συνέχεια ο αστράγαλος, και ήταν τα μόνα που κράταγαν το πόδι μου στη θέση τους.
Είναι αντιολισθητικά, γερά, όμορφα και ανατομικά (έχω πλατυποδία και με ξεκουράζουν αφάνταστα).
All time classic! I bought them from a friend (the late Pano) who had brought them from London 40 years ago; he was selling them to buy drugs... I got them again now at 58, because no matter how much I tried to avoid it, I am rock! I just want to advise the young people who like them to get one size up and to buy a pair of insoles to wear them. This tip creates comfort while walking and doesn't pinch the foot after hours of wearing.

Τις αγόρασα από ένα φίλο ( τον συγχωρεμένο τον Πάνο) που τις είχε φέρει από το Λονδίνο πρίν από 40 χρόνια, τις πουλούσε για να πάρει πρέζα... τις ξαναπήρα τώρα στα 58 μου , γιατί τελικά όσο και να προσπάθησα να το αποφύγω, είμαι rock! Απλά έχω να συμβουλεύσω τα νέα παιδιά που τους αρέσουν, να τις πάρουν ένα νούμερο παραπάνω και να πάρουν ένα ζευγάρι πάτους για να τις φορέσουν. Αυτό το τιπ δημιουργεί άνεση στο περπάτημα και δεν πιέζει το κουτουπιέ μετά από πολύωρο φόρεμα.
At first, they were very stiff and rigid. After about 2-3 weeks, they are quite comfortable. They will definitely break in more as you wear them. For my foot, they seem a little more "clunky" than I expected, but they are nice.
Στην αρχή ήταν πολύ σκληρά και άκαμπτα. Μετά από κανά 2-3 βδομάδες είναι αρκετά άνετα. Σίγουρα θα γίνουν break κι άλλο όσο τα φοράς. Για το πόδι μου μου φαίνονται λίγο πιο "χοντροκομμένα" από ο,τι περίμενα, αλλά είναι ωραία.
Let's not kid ourselves, Dr Marten is the mother of leather, UNTIL THEY BREAK IN though, they f***ed up my foot. So at first, double socks to be okay!

Amazing, the lightest and most convenient boot for everyday walking. The first 3 days it was very tight on me but after it took the shape of my foot I don't want to take them off.
Φοβερά, το πιο ελαφρύ και βολικό μποτάκι για καθημερινό περπάτημα. Τις πρώτες 3 μέρες με στένευε πολύ αλλά αφότου πήρε τη φόρμα του ποδιού μου δεν θέλω να τα βγάλω.
It's not a trend, it was and is a statement. If you like them, get them without a second thought. If you think it's just another shoe, leave it. That's it.

I have worn various boots of good and bad quality, in these particular ones the sole is of very good quality. It is soft while looking heavy and hard shoe. There is some stiffness in the leather at first which is normal. It is wide, possibly needing half a size smaller. I would buy again and other designs of the company if I found them at a slightly more reasonable price or on sale...
έχω φορέσει διαφορά αρβυλακια καλής και κακής ποιότητας, στα συγκεκριμένα ο πάτος είναι από τους πολύ καλούς. ειναι μαλακός ενω βλεποντας τα μοιάζει να ειναι βαρυ και σκληρο παπούτσι. υπάρχει μια δυσκαμψια στο δέρμα το πρώτο διάστημα που είναι λογικό. είναι φαρδιά ενδεχομένως να χρειαζόμουν μισό νούμερο λιγότερο. θα αγόραζα ξανά και άλλα σχέδια της εταιρείας αν τα έβρισκα σε λίγο πιο λογική τιμή ή σε έκπτωση...

Το οτι ειναι σκληρα στην αρχη, οτι χτυπαει το κουντεπιε η ραφη της γλωσσας, οτι θελουν στρωσιμο κλπ ειναι γνωστα για οσους φορανε dr martens. Αυτα ειναι στην αρχη μεχρι να παρουν την φορμα του ποδιου. Μετα ειναι ενα εκπληκτικο παπουτσι για χρονια...

They are worth it and more. Of course, at first, they require thick socks and wearing them for a short time just to break them in and prevent blisters. With a little patience, they will become one with the foot. A cream specially made for leather from a cobbler will help soften the shoe faster. Αξίζουν και με το παραπάνω. Φυσικά στην αρχή θέλει χοντρή κάλτσα και να τα φοράς για λίγο ίσα να ανοίξουν και να μη γεμίσει φουσκάλες το πόδι. Με λίγη υπομονή θα γίνουν ένα με το πόδι. Μια κρέμα ειδική για δέρμα από τσαγκάρη θα βοηθήσει να μαλακώσει το παπούτσι πιο γρήγορα. Για να αποφευχθούν οι τσακίσεις θέλει εφαρμογή της κρέμας συχνά, εγώ την βάζω όσο πιο συχνά μπορώ και τα παπούτσια γίνονται σαν καινούρια.
Comfortable and beautiful shoe, the size is not very different from other brands, for example, I wear size 42 in Air Force and also in Martens, size 41 was small for me. Άνετο και όμορφο παπούτσι, στο μέγεθος δεν έχει μεγάλη διαφορά με άλλες μάρκες, πχ στα Air Force φοράω 42 και στα martens επίσης, το 41 μου ήταν μικρό. Οπωσδήποτε στα πρώτα περπατήματα καποια ενίσχυση στη φτέρνα γιατί χτυπάνε άσχημα. Λίγο προσοχή στο ποιο δέρμα θα διαλέξετε, αυτά είναι κάπως γυαλιστερά. Για τη τιμή τους στα 140 ευρώ είναι απόλυτα vfm.
Recently I bought another pair of Dr Martens 20 years after my last one (Mid life crisis). These specific boots are classic, a difficult shoe that causes a lot of discomfort, but at the same time, in my opinion, they are wonderful. Anyone who buys them for the first time should be prepared for some patience, as they will definitely hurt their feet. The leather is unbearably hard (on the toes, heels, shins, and so on) and they are also heavy and difficult to walk in, especially after a certain point (they hardly absorb any shocks and weigh a ton). I recommend getting a size up and wearing thick socks, at least for the first few months. If you try them on and your toes even slightly touch the front, then definitely go up a size. On the positive side, they are "cool" and nice boots that have made their mark. Personally, I enjoy wearing them, previously at metal clubs and now at playgrounds. Their lifespan is legendary, as my previous pair lasted over 15 years and with a fresh coat of paint each time, it looked brand new.
Πρόσφατα αγόρασα ξανά ένα ζευγάρι Dr Martens 20 χρόνια μετά το τελευταίο μου (Mid life crisis). Τα συγκεκριμένα μποτάκια είναι κλασσικά ένα δύσκολο παπούτσι το οποίο έχει αρκετή ταλαιπωρία αλλά ταυτόχρονα κατά την γνώμη μου είναι υπέροχο ταυτόχρονα. Όποιος τα αγοράζει για πρώτη φορά να οπλιστεί με υπομονή καθώς σίγουρα θα τον χτυπήσουν στο πόδι, το δέρμα είναι ανυπόφορα σκληρό (σε κουντεπιέ, φτέρνα, καλάμι και πάει λέγοντας) ενώ επίσης είναι βαριά και δύσκολα στο περπάτημα ειδικά μετά από ένα σημείο και μετά (δεν απορροφούν σχεδόν καθόλου κραδασμούς και ζυγίζουν έναν τόνο). Προτείνω ένα νούμερο πάνω και χοντρές κάλτσες τουλάχιστον για τους πρώτους μήνες. Αν τα δοκιμάσετε και ακουμπάνε έστω και λίγο τα δάχτυλα μπροστά τότε οπωσδήποτε ανεβείτε ένα νούμερο. Στα θετικά τώρα ότι είναι "μάγκικες" και ωραίες μπότες που έχουν αφήσει εποχή, προσωπικά χαίρομαι να τις φοράω, παλαιότερα στα μεταλλάδικα και τώρα στους παιδότοπους. Η διάρκεια ζωής τους είναι παροιμιώδης καθώς το προηγούμενο μου ζευγάρι το είχα πάνω από 15 χρόνια και κάθε φορά με ένα βάψιμο γινόταν σαν καινούργιο.
Unfortunately, I am giving it 2 stars because even though I had read that they hit until they open from somewhere else, I fell for it. They hit me quite a bit at first, which is understandable. However, the problem with these shoes is their quality. I have had them for 1.5 years and the leather has opened where it cracks. I paid 200 euros to have them for years, but the way things are going, I don't see them lasting much longer. Money wasted.
Δυστυχώς βάζω 2 αστεράκια γιατί ενώ είχα διαβάσει ότι σε χτυπούν μέχρι να ανοίξουν από αλλού την πάτησα. Με χτυπούσαν στην αρχή αρκετά και είναι κατανοητό. Όμως το κακό με αυτά τα παπούτσια είναι η ποιότητα τους. Τα έχω 1,5 χρόνο και μου έχει ανοίξει το δέρμα εκεί που τσακίζει. Έδωσα 200 ευρώ για να τα έχω χρόνια, αλλα έτσι όπως πάει δε βλεπω να κρατάνε παραπάνω. Πεταμένα λεφτά.
Immortal shoes!!! They need some time to mold to the shape of your foot, usually people get Doc Martens one size smaller, for example if you wear a 38 you get a 37, they last for many many years and essentially you get your money's worth for the 150-200 that you spend

Martens were not fashion shoes, they were work shoes, just like All Stars were the first basketball shoes. They BECAME fashion shoes. I got my first pair back in the distant 1989. Back then, they were much thicker and had a steel toe. They were indestructible, I walked everywhere in them, and I kept them for 10 years. In 1999, I got my second pair and they were unacceptable. They started being made in China, and the leather was like cigarette paper and the tongue wasn’t sewn to the shoe and it cut into you. I didn’t wear them much. Now I got my third pair and I noticed that they’ve improved them, they’re not so thin, they no longer have a steel toe and the tongue is sewn in. The sizing is normal to small, and anyone buying these shoes should get them comfortably, not just barely their size, and take care of them—after all, there are tons of products for this job, to soften, nourish, and waterproof the leather. If you do all this, THERE’S NO WAY they’ll hurt your foot or get torn and ruined
