The Dynavox X1000 filters noise and unwanted interference from the mains power supply, for connecting hi-fi devices such as amplifiers, tuners, CD players, streamers and turntables. The Phase LED lights up when the power polarity is incorrect, making it easier to connect the system correctly.

The metal enclosure features a front panel and rear panel made of 5 mm-thick brushed aluminium. The integrated protective fuse is rated at 10 A.
