The transformer lid works normally, it was open as if a screwdriver had been inserted and came off very easily revealing the interior. The packaging was not damaged, so I believe it came this way from the manufacturer. It works normally, I glued it with a logo. There is no quality control; a child could suffer an electric shock, the lid came off very easily
