Quite a powerful tool, good build quality on the plastics and reinforced shaft. After 25 hours of operation (previous season), it developed an issue with the electronics, for which the warranty was used and it was replaced. Also, the recoil starter cord broke and the hook of the harness snapped (not covered by warranty). Finally, the trigger has become relatively stiff to the point that it gets tiring after 2 hours of use. Despite the small issues that occurred, I will leave 4 stars because it easily leveled dense grass and reeds over 2+ meters tall on 4 acres, starts easily, and is economical on fuel. If more problems appear in the future, I will return less generous :)

It goes back and forth. After a year and dozens of cut acres, I can say with certainty that for amateur work it is sufficient but that's it. Expensive for what it offers.

Overall a good machine but! after one year of use the throttle is very stiff to the point that it becomes tiring resulting in the throttle trigger breaking.

After 20 hours of work, it developed a problem that they are trying to figure out what it is. They said it might be membranes, but they are still investigating

The first impressions are quite positive. The plastics look of good quality and I believe they will withstand the test of time. The 32cm rod also looks sturdy. The harness is professional, very convenient, and helps a lot to work for hours without tiring you with its weight.

To the point, the machine is powerful in practice with not much vibration and it doesn’t seem to struggle (even at half throttle at most), even in very tough fields with dense grass. The head it comes with is of good quality but personally, it didn’t suit me as it is plastic with thin line and the system where you tap it on the ground to release more line, I don’t consider good for the shaft, so I replaced it with a simple aluminum one from Agroforce and a twisted Vortex line that doesn’t break at all. I did 7 acres with dense grass and didn’t change the line, with minimal wear.

The machine at 380 euros, which is what I bought it for, seems worth the money, though time will tell if it was a good purchase compared to a cheaper Chinese one.

Edit: The throttle was stiff from the start, resulting in the trigger breaking. It was replaced with a simple Chinese one (6 euros from Temu).

The next day, it developed an electronic issue. It wouldn’t start, no spark. Cost of replacement 20 euros (did it myself).

It’s starting to show some issues. Everything does if used professionally, but I don’t know if I would buy it again.

One more thing I discovered along the way is that these particular machines of the BCH series are Chinese-made, not Italian, but their spare parts are sold at double the price in Italy. An electronic part in Greece costs 50 euros, while in Italy you can find it for 20. If you want to replace the inside of the throttle handle where the trigger broke, in Italy you find it for 3 euros, in Greece you have to buy the whole thing for 30 euros. Nice things
