Chomodomi Monostop acrylic waterproofing coating is applied to roofs and walls, as well as over bitumen and asphalt insulation and concrete foundations. It provides insulation and waterproofing, with 593% elasticity and reflectance in accordance with BS 8493. Its acrylic composition helps provide thermal insulation from solar radiation and protection against moisture.
Apply with a brush or roller in two coats: dilute the first coat with 10% water and apply the second coat undiluted, crosswise, once the first coat has dried. Coverage is 1.5–2 m² per litre on suitably prepared surfaces. It dries in 2–3 hours, depending on application conditions, and can be recoated after 24 hours. It reaches its full mechanical strength in 20–30 days.
