  • I have had the bench for a few months, I have really put it to the test, I weigh 105 kg and am 1.84 m tall and it doesn't struggle at all! The instructions and assembly are unfortunately not the best for someone who doesn't know much. There is a gap between the seat and the backrest which I cover with a small towel that I wrap at that spot. There is a trick to do leg curls if you lower the backrest completely to make it decline and raise the seat to the first level; since my legs are long, I have no problem. The manufacturer says up to 40 kg on the legs, I have put up to 50 without fear but I wouldn't suggest going higher because it's not a professional machine. The diameter for the discs on the legs is 25mm. Overall, for its price and for home workouts, it is excellent even though it is a bit bulky.

Everything is fine, it's just that the instructions are worse than IKEA's. Oh, and get a magnifying glass, you'll need it. ATTENTION! The bolts, although they look the same, are not. One is slightly longer and fits in a specific spot where the others don't fit (because of the length). I got tricked, struggled thinking that particular one was missing, and discovered it by chance. The store is helpful!!!

  • The assembly instructions are not very understandable, almost not at all for someone who is not familiar with it. I didn't have a problem, but I believe someone who hasn't dealt with it will get a bit frustrated. As a machine, it is quite sturdy; I would have preferred that the seat you sit on had another indentation to make the seat completely flat, because it doesn't go down any further.

I have had this bench (user approximately 72 kg) for months, and I use it daily. Easy assembly, stability on the floor is very satisfactory. I always put a towel on the back cushion during use; I noticed that the seat cushion is somewhat sensitive in one corner, so I didn't want it to wear out further. I also use the bench with extra uprights for bench presses. Overall, all its components are 100% okay/functional. For home use, I really believe it is just what I needed. It was worth the money, and I am glad I bought it

Good construction. It is comfortable. The cushions are slightly harder than they should be. In the hands, the cushion is as it should be for the head. The only downside is with the screws, it's frustrating to get them properly in two parts of the body. Is it worth the money? It is worth it.
