Modern societies have created and continue to create and operate productive organizations because they know that these can generate wealth and improve quality of life when supported by scientific knowledge.
In our country, however, this practice lacks sufficient theoretical foundation, resulting in poor outcomes. This is also one of the main factors contributing to the current economic impasse.
Such a course correction, however, requires, first and foremost, an understanding of the fact that the quality of management practice depends on the existing scientific knowledge and then a concerted effort to transfer and integrate this knowledge into all our organizations, a challenging but necessary endeavor.
