It is an excellent anti-corrosive epoxy primer, rich in zinc dust. It provides high and long-lasting anti-corrosive protection. It is suitable for priming metal surfaces such as pumps, pipes, and metal structures in industrial environments and coastal areas.

SURFACE PREPARATION Surfaces should be cleaned with Brush Solvent T 300, smooth and dry, free from dust, grease, or rust.

APPLICATION Mix well before use. Apply one or two coats with a roller, brush, or airless spray gun thinned up to 5% with Spray Gun Solvent T 350. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C, and/or relative humidity above 80%. Dries to the touch after 45-60 minutes and can be recoated after 9-12 hours.

When the coating is fully dry, sand with suitable abrasive paper to create a smooth surface, remove dust, and then apply any water-based paint or Vitex enamel-based paint. Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity and temperature). Clean rollers, brushes, floor stains, spray guns, etc., with T 350 spray gun solvent.
