Looks like a servo, works like a servo, but it's more than just a simple servo! The Feetech factory makes these classic hobby servos in "standard" size with one rotation and a feedback line (potentiometer wiper) brought out to a fourth yellow wire. You can read this wire with an analog input such as those on an Arduino, to get the servo's position. This information can be used in robotics to improve stability or even allow for "recording" the servo's movement.
