    I had used it two years ago and was satisfied. Now that I bought it again, I realize that they have completely changed the formula. It's a completely different product. Whether you wash your hair or not, it's the same. It would be better if I just wet my hair; it would be cleaner. It leaves a film-like feeling, but the hair is neither easy to comb nor moisturized. Strange feeling.... even the scent is annoying. I use many different Aveda products and love their scent, but this one doesn't..... In the end, I should have trusted the many bad reviews it has and not wasted my money.
