A new map on the eastern fringes of the White Mountains, continuous with the map of Sfakia – Paches. It covers from the Imbros Gorge to the well-known resort of Plakias.

On the southern side, towards the Libyan Sea, the gorges follow one another in succession, starting from the coastline and reaching high on the slopes of Agkathes and Kryoneritis. A landscape typically Sfakian with rough terrain and rocky, barren slopes.

The northern sides of the mountain ranges that traverse the map have a completely different character, with gentler terrain, more vegetation, and villages with clear remnants of Venetian architecture.

The map features dozens of hiking trails mainly in gorges but also large crossings, including the E4 route.
