The main goal of the book is the analytical presentation of the fundamental principles and techniques of Statistics that lead to drawing conclusions about a population from a data set (sample).
The book is aimed at students of all universities and technological educational institutes that have statistics in their curriculum (economic, polytechnic, pedagogical schools, natural sciences, biology, chemistry, etc.).
For this reason, emphasis is placed not so much on proving the theory (although the book contains several proofs) but on presenting it in such a way that its application in various scientific fields becomes easily understandable.
