  • After 3 years of professional use, I have to say that it is an excellent product, there are no faulty switches in this particular version anymore, the extension works perfectly and is quite powerful, I am very satisfied.

I have had it for years, however the first time it burned the speed control board. Cost about 35 (only the spare part, as I changed it myself). After 1-2 years of amateur use, it burned the coil. I do not recommend it to anyone.

We have it and we say it. The tool as a tool is excellent. The construction quality and materials, in my opinion, are of a very high level. After all, we are talking about Bosch.

Dremel tools are renowned for their quality and I was honestly surprised when I tried it for the first time. It is very convenient, with a tremendous grip that facilitates detailed processing, especially if you are working on carved small objects.

The speeds start from 5,000 rotations and reach up to 35,000, which gives great flexibility.

But let's talk about the negatives now. The tool is not suitable for prolonged use. If you work for more than half an hour at speeds above 15,000 rotations, it starts to have overheating problems, and this is its biggest drawback.

Its motor is at 170 watts, which does not make it very weak but not extremely powerful either. It can handle most cases.

Personally, I use it for carving glass cups and I use it for about 5-6 hours a day (it is one of my basic tools). I had to replace the coil after about 8 months (if I'm not mistaken) since the previous one burned out, costing me 75€ from the Bosch dealership.

To not drag on, the tool is excellent for DIY or occasional use (for hobbies or small tasks), with an emphasis on detail. However, if you are considering extensive use of the tool (several hours daily), then you will definitely need something much more powerful.

As a machine, it is excellent. However, I consider it a major omission that the necessary chuck for the use of the flexible shaft is not included. At least this should be stated on the packaging and description of the machine so that the buyer can make sure to purchase it in a timely manner.

I am involved in woodworking and recently purchased the Dremel 4000. It really saves you, especially when you are doing outdoor work! It can cut/grind/drill wood, marble, tiles, and any kind of material you encounter. The secret is its attachments, if you search, you can do everything!
Very very powerful even though it's 175w, it doesn't get stuck anywhere!

Awesome tool with many attachments for various materials and for tasks that require absolute precision. The only downside is that the attachments are a bit expensive, while the attachments for cutting under load, for example, are made of plastic.
