Let it not be thought that I hesitated before deciding to study the philosophy and ideal of anarchism.

There are many who believe that anarchism is a utopia for the future and a reckless call for the destruction of our civilization. However, to clarify our position from various superstitions, I should perhaps develop topics that are difficult to address in a lecture. After all, just two or three years ago, didn't the Parisian press claim that the philosophy of anarchism is extermination and that its argument is violence?

Nevertheless, recently there has been much talk about anarchists, so that a large number of people have engaged with the reading and discussions of what they believe.
