Electronic speed control adjusts the speed from 3,000 to 15,000 rpm and maintains high power at low speeds. The DC motor is fan-cooled, while precision bearings minimise lateral shaft play.

The locking button makes it easy to change accessories without a wrench. The housing is made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide. A transformer is required for operation.
