Herbstore pine essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves and needles of the Pinus sylvestris plant. It has a fresh, clean, woody aroma and is edible.

The plant is harvested in the Pieria Mountains, in the Imathia regional unit. The essential oil is used in aromatherapy and blends well with eucalyptus, St. John’s wort, orange, lemon, oregano, bay laurel, citronella, sage, cypress, rosemary, Tea Tree, and mint.
