5ml packaging containing 100% edible Organic Pine Essential Oil. The essential oil of Swiss Pine is obtained from the needles and cones of the branches of the Swiss pine from Central Europe (Pinus cembra) through steam distillation.

The organic Swiss Pine essential oil is a colorless to yellow liquid with a fresh, resinous scent accompanied by slightly bitter notes. It easily dissolves in alcohol, vegetable oils, and other essential oils. It is almost not soluble in water. The main components are pinene, calcium oxide, and p-cymene.

It is used in alternative medicine with a long tradition for respiratory infections (bronchitis, cold) as an inhalant and for external application. It has mucolytic and slightly antiseptic properties, a beneficial effect on rheumatoid diseases and muscle tension. An insecticidal action is also mentioned.

In aromatherapy, it is used for rest and relaxation, offering help to individuals with excessive anxiety. Pine fragrance oil is preferred in men's fragrances. It is used in baths, skin oils, massage oils, as well as in soaps and deodorants.

Recommended for cough, bronchitis, flu, sinusitis, cystitis, respiratory infections, muscle pains, nervous exhaustion, nervousness, and insomnia. It combines well with Eucalyptus, St. John's Wort, Orange, Lemon, Oregano, Bay, Citronella, Sage, Cypress, Rosemary, Tea Tree & Mint.
