Herbstore basil essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the plant’s leaves and has a fresh, sweet, slightly spicy aroma. It is edible and is derived from cultivated basil grown in the Imathia region of Greece.

It can be used in diffusers and massage oils, and blends well with bergamot, clary sage, clove, lime, eucalyptus, juniper, lemon, neroli and rosemary. Do not apply directly to the skin. It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
