Bergamot (Citrus Aurantium Bergamia) is a small citrus tree native to Asia. The main production areas are Southern France and Southern Italy. The essential oil of Bergamot is obtained from the cold pressing of the raw peel of the fruit and has a pleasant and fresh scent with sweet and lemony notes. It is a pleasant, yellow to brown liquid.

Organic Bergamot essential oil is used for:

• For reducing irritability: Mix equal parts of Bergamot essential oil, Chamomile, and Orange.
• For dealing with negative emotions: Mix 3 parts of Bergamot essential oil, 2 parts of Orange, and 1 part of Neroli.
• For nervousness: Mix 3 parts of Lavender essential oil, 2 parts of Neroli, and 1 part of Bergamot.
