Herbstore organic bergamot essential oil is obtained by cold-pressing the fruit peel. It has a citrus aroma with sweet, lemony and fresh notes. It dissolves in ethanol, vegetable oils and essential oils, but is almost insoluble in water.

It is used in aromatherapy and perfumery, as well as in hair care products. Use with caution, as it may cause photosensitivity: do not use before sun exposure or during pregnancy.
