Herbstore organic patchouli essential oil is derived from the Pogostemon cablin plant and has a woody, sweet, spicy, and exotic aroma. It is edible and is extracted by steam distillation from the plant’s dried leaves.

It is used as an ingredient and fixative in men’s fragrances, as well as to scent soaps and cosmetics. It blends well with bergamot, cassia, oakmoss, pine needles, geranium, lavender, mandarin, sage, myrrh, clove, neroli, rose, sandalwood, white fir, ylang-ylang, and cedarwood.
