The Vigor 2866 by Draytek is a router that allows the connection of other devices, such as computers, mobiles, and televisions, either wirelessly or with a cable, sharing internet access. It supports VDSL2, the modern internet connection technology, offering higher download and upload speeds compared to ADSL2+, supporting triple play services (television, telephony, internet).

The device offers VPN (Virtual Private Network) configuration capability, allowing the management of the traffic of all devices on the network. The VPN provides anonymity and access to geo-restricted content. The NAT firewall protects the addresses of the local network devices, while MAC address filtering allows only specific devices to connect.

Through the latest generation WPA3 security, even greater password protection and easier and more secure device connection are ensured.
