Carob dakaki is a unique and delicious accompaniment to cheeses, olives, green and Greek salads, wine, ouzo, and tsikoudia. Made from 92% carob (30% whole grain carob flour and 62% carob powder), wheat flour (sourdough with wheat flour and water), carob syrup, olive oil, black sesame, yeast, and salt.
