Carob rusk dakaki. Made on the basis of traditional olive oil rusk. The recipe originates from the distant past, when the necessities of life did not allow households to bake every day. Carob dakaki is a unique and delicious accompaniment to cheeses, olives, green and Greek salads, wine, ouzo, and tsikoudia. Made from 92% carob (30% whole grain carob flour and 62% carob powder), wheat flour (sourdough with wheat flour and water), carob syrup, olive oil, black sesame, yeast, and salt.
Product with minimal gluten content.
High in dietary fiber. High in Calcium, a source of Phosphorus, Copper, and Manganese.
Free from preservatives, colorings, dairy, caffeine, and added sweeteners.
