ATTENTION: to avoid a headache during installation, turn off your 5ghz wifi, just for the moment of installation. Then turn it back on. I bought 2. I have installed one Brennenstuhl power strip in each. They seem to be working perfectly so far. Sometimes they appear to be open on the App, but you just need to refresh and they show the correct status. In case of power outage and disconnections, I will update the review. So far, everything is perfect!

EDIT: After a few months of use. They are flawless, they have never caused me any problems with disconnections or power outages. One small issue I encountered is with the programs for automatic power on/off, sometimes (even though the power is off) it "forgets" to turn it back on at the time I set. However, this has only happened 2-3 times and the program has been running for months every day.

Overall, if I ever need it again, I will definitely choose this brand. As for custom smarthome software, I have no opinion as I haven't used them yet.

So, I tried it with the TV: With the brightness set to default (around 20%), the TV consumed 33W. I set the brightness to maximum, 98W!! I lowered it to the minimum, 23W, and left it there, it's perfect!

I bought it two years ago for the outdoor Christmas lights. It has a setting to open and close at a specific time, which is very convenient. I bought it again this year! Excellent product!

With a very small profile, it does not make the plug protrude enough. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work with IFTTT.
