Herbstore organic bergamot essential oil is obtained by cold-pressing the fruit peel and has a citrus aroma with sweet, lemony notes. It is edible and dissolves easily in ethanol, vegetable oils, and other essential oils, while being almost insoluble in water.

The oil ranges in color from yellowish to brownish and may have green hues due to chlorophyll. Do not use during pregnancy or before sun exposure, as there is a risk of photosensitivity.
