It felt like it left a "silicone" sensation that moisturizers and eye creams usually have. It seemed like the cream wasn't fully absorbed. It doesn't do anything for dark circles. It provides a mild hydration, but I have found much better eye moisturizers. I don't think it's suitable for ages 25+; maybe it's more suitable for younger girls who don't have issues with wrinkles and dark circles. Only for hydration, and even then, considering the price, I expected something better
