    In two years, all the LEDs on the screen broke down and it needed a main board replacement... I contacted the official service in Italy where, even though I gave them the model codes and whatever else was needed, they sent me the wrong spare part (for another model as they told me) and informed me that there is no spare part for this model.
    On the positive side, at least they refunded my money (for the spare part).
    While it was working, it needed more time than expected but at least everything was tasty

    Advice before you shop, first read reviews!! APPLIES TO EVERY PURCHASE!! And now, in this particular case, because I needed it urgently and I was in a hurry, I couldn't make a worse purchase. I have had it for maybe less than 2 years and the LED lights gradually broke down, but steadily, and so it became non-functional. My electrician told me to take it to the dealership... I didn't go, I simply bought another one through Skroutz and now I took a look at the reviews, where I saw that another buyer had the same problem, so I decided to write a review, even if it's delayed! As for the rest: the cooking times are longer than recommended. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING IS THAT IT DOESN'T OVERHEAT, meat, fish, burgers!! It doesn't cook on the second grill. The inner glass is difficult to clean. I haven't tried chicken on the spit, but it probably only takes small chickens, and as for potatoes on the cylinder, not even worth discussing!!

    The worst purchase I have made. The air comes out from the top, resulting in it being cooked at 200 degrees for 15 minutes and only 10 minutes on the other side usually. The problem is that it only cooks the top tray. The rest underneath remains untouched.
    It turns the fries into chips. Only the potato is worth it, but it would definitely be much better with a basket
