Unfortunately, a very bad purchase. Although I initially connected it with a Mac (which somewhat limits what you can do), after a while I tried to use it on Windows and simultaneously stream via OBS. After more than 20 days of communication and testing with Elgato and not the store, they agreed to have the device returned because the sound quality was very poor and there were gaps/small cracks during streaming. The warranty may be for 2 years, but unless it is checked by the headquarters in the Netherlands, nothing can be done except for device replacement.

Quite a good choice if you want to capture your console. I use it for capturing my ps5 and I have no problem with the recording quality. The only negative thing I find is that the colors I see when playing through the capture card are different for the worse on the same screen, obviously

I use it as a capture card for my Panasonic GH5s mirrorless camera, which outputs a 4K60FPS signal. This specific card can capture up to 30FPS in 4K, but there is also the option to choose 2K 60FPS through OBS.
