It's not a cream, but a "balm," as the product is called by the same manufacturing company. If you have a serious problem, like me, I would recommend choosing a more oily hand cream. As for the nails, I don't know if it strengthens them because to determine such a thing, at least three months of continuous use is required, which I don't intend to do because my issue mainly concerns the cracked skin on my hands, and this product did not help me at all in solving it.
