The VL53L0X extends the ToF measurement range up to two meters with an accuracy of ± 3%. The measurement speed is faster than the previous generation, with a measurement time of less than 30ms. It is more energy efficient, with a power consumption in normal operation of just 20mW and in standby mode only 5μA.
