Disposing of the dirty water is very easy with just two movements.
You remove the lid, take out the bucket. Simple.
Refilling with clean liquid is very easy.

Unfortunately, the telescopic lance that you see in its advertisements is not included in the package, it is sold separately and costs over 200€.

It is worth mentioning that I tried more than 5 times (!) at different time intervals to purchase the said accessory and after receiving assurance each time that they would contact me regarding the cost and availability, none of the 5 times did they actually follow through.
Even today, I have no idea how much it costs.
Unacceptable service.
I tremble at the idea of any of its accessories breaking.

Όλα όσα αναφέρω παραπάνω ισχύουν.
Όμως!
Στην προσπάθειά μου να προμηθευτώ ένα εξάρτημα την εν λόγω σκούπας κ συγκεκριμένα την προέκταση για τον καθαρισμό χαλιών , η εξυπηρέτηση από μεριάς αντιπροσωπείας (κεντρικά) ήταν απογοητευτική.
Αξίζει να αναφέρω ότι επιχείρησα περισσότερες από 5 φορές (!) σε ξεχωριστά χρονικά διαστήματα να προμηθευτώ το εν λόγω εξάρτημα κ αφού έλαβα την διαβεβαίωση όλες τις φορές ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου για κόστος κ διαθεσιμότητα , καμμιά φορά από τις 5 αυτό δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε από μεριά τους.
Ακόμη κ σήμερα δεν έχω ιδέα καν πόσο κοστίζει.
Απαράδεκτο servise-εξυπηρετηση.
Τρέμω στην ιδέα μην μου χαλάσει κάποιο εξάρτημα της...
