A beautiful girl (Aliki Vougiouklaki) works at the fish market and entertains people with her songs. She dreams of becoming a singer and will soon work at the night club of Menexes (Nikitas Platis). She works with a classical music student (Dimitris Papamichail), with whom she does not have a good relationship. She ignores that her success is largely due to the lyricist of her songs, who is none other than the specific student. He becomes stubborn and, despite the attraction between them, he will marry another girl (Mary Ioannidou), the daughter of a wealthy family friend (Stavros Xenidis). When they finally set aside their rivalries, the two young people will meet again to live happily ever after.
