    The speed at which the processor operates in everyday use.

    During the execution of demanding applications (e.g. games), the frequency may automatically increase up to the Maximum Processor Frequency.

  • Cores

    The natural individual processing units that the processor has. The more cores a processor has, the more efficient it is in running multiple applications simultaneously. For simple use, 4 cores are sufficient, while for gaming and video processing, at least 6 are recommended.

  • Socket

    The processor socket type.

    The motherboard we choose should have the same socket in order for the processor to "fit in".
