    Very good pre workout, sufficient dose of 6-10g citrulline, 3.5-7g beta-alanine, and 150-300mg caffeine that one should look for in a pre workout. It is definitely the strongest I have tried. 4 stars though because the tropical flavor I got is a terrible artificial pineapple taste and is barely drinkable, maybe the other two flavors are better.
